Registration and Santa hat collection

You will be able to pick up your fun run numbers and Santa hats from the start from 10:00 am on Saturday 20th December.

Bring with you a copy of your booking confirmation (on phone/printed) if you can.

Please be aware that the Santa hats only come in One Size.

We hope to supply everyone with a Santa hat, however, your suit is not guaranteed and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking

There is ample on street free car parking near winsford road, around the Perry Hill Pub and the streets between.

Fun Run: Warm Up and Start

You will be called to the start line from 10:30am where there will be a race briefing and warm-up before the race wave starts from 10:45am. There may be multiple waves going according to speed depending on how many participants there are.

This event is in an open shared park, so please be mindful of other park users including pedestrians, cyclists, dog walkers and children.

Santa Dash Route

The route will have marshals placed all wearing High Vis jackets, cheering you on, so please look out for them and keep an eye out for any other participating Santas.

First Aid

There will be first-aid cover at the Start/Finish area. If at any time during the run, you are ‘in trouble’, please tell a marshal who will contact Run HQ and get medical help to you.

After the Santa Dash

There will be mulled wine or hot spiced apple juice and mince pies for all participants laid on at the Perry Hill pub (included in your ticket entry price). You can also dispose of your santa hats there if you would like so they can potentially be re-used in the future if you don’t want to keep them.

Photographs

Please be aware that there will photographs and video taken throughout the event for us to use on future promotional material.

Spectators

We encourage spectators to come along and support all our Santas whether large or small, and dogs are very welcome but must be kept on leads.
